the parking lot was a bit cramped. but the room was clean the restroom was spotless and the mini fridge worked well. easy access to nearby restaurants made our stay convenient.

Perfect

I was upgraded to a King Suite no charge, with a balcony. The view of the water and not the very busy street was a bonus. The room was clean and I was comfortable.

I hoped for more options with breakfast but it was free! No complaints there!

staying here made it super easy to explore beautiful blunts park, just about 4.5 km away, and enjoy a good river view nearby, perfect for those who love city strolls like me.

The room was nice and hot tub was excellent. Very clean and nice staff. Worth the money and close to food and the big e!

Very noisy couple above the room we stayed in. Squeakily floors and people walking around all night. So annoying! Pillows were so uncomfortable

Great place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry. The staff was so kind to my elderly parents during our first stay. I always feel at home here and am coming back for a holiday!

We appreciated family room provided with great amenities, a balcony and refridge. Warm breakfast at 10:45, and the staff was awesome. The location was great and comfy for Springfield, next to Springfield College, and inexpensive for recent grads.

This place was just a decent option for a quick stop in Springfield with good value. I appreciated how they offered me a cleaner room after my initial one had issues. Make sure to check if the breakfast is really available before counting on it.

I requested non smoking when booking but ended up in rooms that were smoking. It smelled so bad. I had no blow dryer, iron, ironing board or a place to hang my clothes in my room. This was our first and last time staying at this hotel.
